Rules & Regulations

• All activity slots are allotted on the basis of booking on our website or App.
• All participants are expected to arrive at the activity site 10 minutes before the allotted time. Delay in reaching the site will result in your activity taking place depending on available time slots or not taking place at all on the day. No refund will be given in such a consequence.
• Sreenidhi reserves the right to postpone or cancel any activity if weather conditions are incompatible with safe conduct.
• All participants must strictly adhere to Sreenidhi's instructions and follow all safety procedures.
• All bookings are non-refundable, with exceptions at Sreenidhi's discretion in specific circumstances.
• Only registered participants are allowed in the activity zone. Spectators are not permitted.
• Sreenidhi reserves the right to alter brochure details and other documents before and after booking.
• Unforeseen delays may occur. Please cooperate and wait for your turn.
• Activities carry a degree of risk. Participants must be aware of these risks and join at their own risk.
• Acceptance of T&C is mandatory before registration.
• The Adventure zone is smoke-free and alcohol-free. Intoxicated individuals will be expelled.
• Outside food & beverages are not allowed.
• Content generated from activities may be used for marketing purposes by Sreenidhi.
• Damage to property or equipment due to negligence must be compensated.
• Personal property loss/theft/damage is the participant's responsibility.
• Weapons or arms are not permitted.
• Age restrictions apply.
• Timing: 9 am – 6 pm (Tuesday to Sunday), subject to change. Please check for updated timings on our website or contact us for the latest schedule.

Dress Code

• Participants must wear suitable clothing for outdoor activities. Sports shorts, track pants, and lower pants are preferable.
• Shoes are mandatory for all participants. Proper footwear is required for safety during the activities.

Caution

• If you are not in good health, you should not experience the adventure activities.
• All participants must be aware that any adventure activity carries an element of risk. While Sreenidhi does everything possible to mitigate this risk, all participants must be aware of the undertaking and participate from their free will only.
• All participants must be aware that like in any adventure activity, there is a chance of an injury happening.
• If anyone has the following conditions, they are advised not to participate or get medical clearance before participating:
  1. Any heart condition
  2. High blood pressure
  3. Dizziness
  4. Damage to neck, back, spine, legs, or eyes
  5. Asthma
  6. Osteoporosis
  7. Neurological disorders
• Please inform us if you are under any dose of heavy medication.

Disciplinary Action

• Sreenidhi reserves the right to cancel a participant's or group's activity slot if any disciplinary issues arise, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, non-compliance with safety instructions, or violation of the Adventure Zone's policies. No refund will be provided in such cases.
